B'Dazzled Lay-A-Way Policy

The items must total $200.00 before tax and cannot include sale items.  We require a deposit of at least 50% as a down payment.  It is the responsibility of the customer to remember the expiration date of the lay-a-way.  If the lay-a-way is not paid by the 30th day.....the items will be returned to the floor and your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.  We do not consider exchanges or trades for any lay-a-way items and we do not give refunds of deposits for cancelled lay-a-ways. No lay-a-ways on formal wear or wedding gowns.
