VOLUNTEER WORK from September, 2000-Present.
Teaching Pre-employment
Self-improvement Classes at Santa Maria Hostel, Houston Area
Women’s Center, Harris County STAR (Success Through Addiction
Recovery) Drug Court, New Directions, Ft. Bend County Women’s
Center, BV Case/McCaffrey House and various burn centers.
Classes are designed to teach about re-building self-esteem,
teaching proper dress attire for job search, and resume
preparation. Over 4,000 women and men have completed the class.

currently seeking out donations for Santa Maria Hostel which is a housing
facility for women in recovery and their children. Santa Maria is a
non-profit organization 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization #74-1669131.

Since
January, 2004 over $25,000 in monetary contributions has been received to
provide supplies for the Life Skills Dress for Success Classes taught at
various alcohol drug and domestic violence centers in the Houston area. We
are currently raising $4,000.00 per month from individuals and or corporate
sponsorship to continue supplying the classes with the items required to
teach the classes.
